Instruction technology
Instruction technology has no single definition is accepted among competent of the field. That because the field is always change and difficult to find one definition agree to all aspects in this field. However, the scientists mostly defined it in two ways. The first way is defined IT as products which mean it is a media or tools used beside teacher and textbook to a chive learning purpose. But this definition is insufficient because IT is not only the sum of definition of its parts. The second way of defined IT is as the process and this is more sufficient than the first one which mean is a systematic way of designing, carrying out, evaluation the total process of learning. Also, it can be defined as the sum of instruction design and instructional development. Instructional design is a systematic process to defined student needs, outcome, goal, teaching methods and evaluation to ensure the quality of instruction. Whereas, the instructional development is a process of implementation system or plan.
There are three main concepts that shape instructional technology and those are audiovisual devices, system approach and individualized instruction. Audiovisual devices are tool that help to learn by using sight and hear senses only. System approach is the collection of all system elements (subject, objective, administration, student, equipments...) to a chive desired outcome. Individualized instruction is putting an instruction program for each student base in his or her unique learning style.
